What our members have to say about OnPulse
This resource center is designed with FQHC's in mind and it's so easy to find exactly what I'm looking for. To be able to quickly provide the tools my centers are asking for saves us all so much time!
Working with Shelby and team at OBS to help our members identify cybersecurity gaps through security risk assessments and tabletop exercises has been invaluable to our members. Having worked in healthcare, he really understands our security needs at the clinic level.

We're Stronger Together
The OnPulse Health CyberCenter journey began with an important realization: the FQHC community needed tangible cybersecurity resources. This gap led to a conversation about potential solutions and the creation of OnPulse. From the very beginning, we understood that collaboration would be essential to our success.
We partnered with a dedicated group of stakeholders who share our vision of empowering Health Centers to focus on their primary mission—serving the communities they care about—by simplifying the complexities of evolving cyber threats. Our goal is to provide impactful education, training, resources, and tools that help Health Centers develop a prioritized, right-sized approach to cybersecurity. With the guidance and expertise of these valued partners, OnPulse has grown to meet the specialized needs of the FQHC community, aligning with HRSA objectives and compliance standards to protect PHI and critical operational assets.
Our OnPulse partners play a vital role in our mission. Their ongoing dedication and support help us bridge the cybersecurity gap, support the cyber initiatives of HCCNs and PCAs across North America, and foster a culture of learning and resilience. Together, we are creating a secure environment where Health Centers can thrive.
We celebrate and thank our HCCN and PCA partners for their unwavering commitment to strengthening cybersecurity resources and connecting communities nationwide.

Download: HITEQ's Security Guidance for Health Centers
There are ever-increasing cybersecurity guidelines and protection measures that Health Centers must navigate and digest. Newer and rurally located Health Centers can especially benefit from guidance and decision support that assists them in determining how to implement systems in a manner that meets compliance requirements and doesn’t expose information to undue security risk. Identifying and managing these types of risk can be especially important when procuring new Health IT (e.g. EHRs, Medical Devices, Data Warehouses) for the Health Center. This toolkit provides a framework for Health Centers to evaluate compliance and security concerns as they purchase, adopt, and implement technology solutions.
